Charlie took the time to thoroughly inspect my porch and explain the recommended repairs in detail. From the initial consultation to the final touches, Charlie and his team were professional, prompt, and meticulous. The team's years of experience and high-level craftsmanship are reflected in the miracle work done on my porch. They skillfully repaired and replaced damaged bricks, creating a seamless blend with the existing ones. The tuckpointing work was equally impressive, restoring my porch to its former glory. Charlie even patched up some concrete steps and didn't charge me. Not only was the team's workmanship outstanding, but they took great care to ensure that my property was left clean at the end of each workday. "This company was terrific. The owner, Jason, was very patient, friendly, and thorough during the quoting process, and the company did exactly what he promised in the time promised. Their method of dealing with bowed walls is different from those the other companies quoted me, and was half the price. And it also meant they didn't have to dig up my yard and jackhammer my concrete porch. I did a lot of research because I was worried that it really was "too good to be true." But all the various videos, articles, etc, I found supported that this method works, and the physics of it made sense to me as well. And with the lifetime warranty, along with how accommodating Jason was throughout the entire process, I feel confident that if there does happen to be a problem later down the road, Quackers will make it right. I suppose if they don't, I'll come back to update this review, but so far so good."

"Atlas did a fantastic job. Mike accurately diagnosed the problem (a foundation crack hiding behind wood paneling) and patiently explained it to us new homeowners. For the repair itself, he arrived on time, applied epoxy efficiently, and dealt with some unexpected obstacles. (Some flooring needed to be removed to -literally - get to the bottom of the issue.) Our neighbor highly recommended Atlas, and we see why!"

"Tom Watson and his crew were excellent in every aspect. Tom gave us ideas on what plants work well in shaded areas, plus a layout for rock to be added in front of our house. This project was completed in our needed time frame with no problems."

"From the start, Tom was very responsive and communicated very well.  He had great ideas for our yard but also listened to our ideas as well.  After coming up with a plan and a price estimate, we signed the contract and started finalizing the details. Tom really went the extra mile to make sure that the products we were choosing were what we wanted and even came back to the house multiple times to review details before ordering the stone.  One of the best things that Tom did was to show us how some different options would change the costs, because it let us choose which "extras" we wanted to pay extra for.  
Once the materials arrived (the stone had to be custom ordered), the work was scheduled and started on time.  Tom and his crew were prompt and worked hard to get the job done once it was started.  There were a couple of very minor weather delays, but those were completely understandable given the rains we have had this spring, and Tom stayed in close communication the entire time.
We will certainly use Signature Landscape Design again if we add more landscaping/hardscaping to the back yard in the future, and I will be recommending them to our friends and family as well."
