Adrian and Marie were prompt with a very competitive estimate which we accepted. They were both very receptive to addressing any questions or concerns we had prior to, during and for the final walkthrough. The crew performing the work very professional, very considerate to our property and provided us continuous updates as to the work being performed. The work performed consisted of tuckpointing two sides of the house along with chimney work and placing a cap on the two chimneys. As stated in a previous review, Vargas was honest, on time, and competitively priced! I'll continue to use Vargas Masonry and Roofing for the future work that I need on the interior brickwork and interior limestone foundation of our historic home."

Jordan provided professional services when many other contractors would not even bother to return calls or follow up with estimates. "This company was terrific. The owner, Jason, was very patient, friendly, and thorough during the quoting process, and the company did exactly what he promised in the time promised. Their method of dealing with bowed walls is different from those the other companies quoted me, and was half the price. And it also meant they didn't have to dig up my yard and jackhammer my concrete porch. I did a lot of research because I was worried that it really was "too good to be true." But all the various videos, articles, etc, I found supported that this method works, and the physics of it made sense to me as well. And with the lifetime warranty, along with how accommodating Jason was throughout the entire process, I feel confident that if there does happen to be a problem later down the road, Quackers will make it right. I suppose if they don't, I'll come back to update this review, but so far so good."

"Atlas did a fantastic job. Mike accurately diagnosed the problem (a foundation crack hiding behind wood paneling) and patiently explained it to us new homeowners. For the repair itself, he arrived on time, applied epoxy efficiently, and dealt with some unexpected obstacles. (Some flooring needed to be removed to -literally - get to the bottom of the issue.) Our neighbor highly recommended Atlas, and we see why!"

When he came to inspect the project he immediately got down to taking measurements from all sorts of angles and then went ahead to explain to me what all the steps of the work from start to finish complete with timelines and within 24 hrs too I had my quote, which was very affordable especially for the amount of work that was involved. Even at the planning stages I saw that he shared my vision of how I imagined my end product. They were working on another project, but managed to schedule my project within a week of my inquiries.
