"Martinez is very professional, he is on time and he does very good work. Real nice guy too. Not the least expensive as well as not the most expensive proposal I received for my chimney, but still, a very reasonable price. "Vargas tuckpointed my entire house and inside and outside of my garage. Approximately 4,000 plus square feet of tuckpointing. They used a dark black color mortar as required for my historical neighborhood. The work was done in a workmanlike manner, and I am happy with the result. Vargas was one of the two lowest bidders for the work out of 5 bids I received."
