I would highly recommend Mirelli Tuckpointing. I put in a request for them to come and and assess my home, recommend the best approach and provide a quote. They responded promptly, and were out within a day to two to assess and provide an estimate. They could have told me I need to address the entire house, but they were very honest and trustworthy and recommended spot tuckpointing. The estimate was reasonable and the work was being scheduled but i asked if I could be accommodated sooner becase of other projects. Mirelli quickly fit me into their schedule. The crew met with me in the morning, explained what they would be doing, the work completed more than met my expectation. The work was done quickly and the site was cleaned up and hose down where you could not tell any work was done that day. I will refer them to my family and friends and look to use Mirelli again. Thanks!!

Mirelli saved the day after my chimney was damaged by a tree trimming company. I had a bid less than 24 hours after I called, and they were able to fix the chimney a few days after that. Everyone at Mirelli was so helpful and friendly. I highly recommend Mirelli.

Mirelli Tuckpointing offered a very competitive bid for my project, had a truly superior home office staff that kept in contact with me about everything (I've had problems with this in the past with masons), and just did a superior job in general. They also didn't try to upsell me on work I didn't need done, which I immensely appreciated. In sum, a quality and trustworthy operation all around.

They told me it they would not be able to get to it until spring. However called in early January and scheduled to come out and fit the issues. The masonry did a wonderful job of matching the grout to the original. We are in the middle of a pandemic so not much conversation but he's work said it all. Perfect. Thanks

Great. Looks really good ! We had a crack in foundation, it was repaired but the repairer doesn't do tuckpointing. We had the chimney tuckpointed by Mirell a few years ago.. Did a great job so we called them back.

the workers did a great job. We are having some difficulty getting stains from the work off of our newly stained patio, however. and the owner was quite belligerent when my husband complained to him that we did not have any notice of the workers coming to the house. We had contracted the work months in advance and we completely understand that any exterior work has been in high demand this year, but we were not given more than 3 minutes of notice that the crew was coming to the house. When my husband expressed his frustration about this, John was angry and told my husband that his crew had already lost 1 1/2 hours of work (apparently they were unable to work on another project and decided they could fit ours in that day). But my husband, who works from home, was using his work time to deal w/ the crew who had to move all of our patio furniture. My husband is actually hard to get angry (he's lived w/ me for 25 yrs!). Then, I was angered when instead of calling himself to apologize he asked his female office staff to call me to apologize about the scheduling mix up. Which she did graciously. We understood the scheduling mix up when we heard what had happened w/ the previously scheduled job but my husband states that John was unprofessional. UPDATE AS OF 09/18/2020: John called me to personally and graciously apologize for the earlier communication with my husband. I want to emphasize that the work itself is quite good and I am pleased w/ the match made w/ the tuckpointing as the mortar on our facade is an odd pink color. Thank you for reaching out and apologizing.

The company called the day before work was to be done and workers arrived right on time. The job started around 8:30 am and ended around 2:30 pm, including clean up of the work area. The only issue we had was the wait time to get the work scheduled; we called them and entered their work queue in late August 2019 and the actual work occurred in late Nov 2019, so you really need to schedule them well in advance, since they are in high demand.
