Having moved into a new house which had not been appropriately taken care of by the previous owner, we thought we needed to have our fireplaces and chimneys cleaned prior to installation of fireplace doors. Jeff arrived on time, was extremely polite and quickly assessed our planned usage of the fireplaces. "Overall, it went well. The house powerwashing was great and I'm hoping that the additive they use will slow future growth in areas that seem to get dirty quickly. For the windows, I had to go back and double-check to make sure all of them were done (a couple of windows were missed, and many of the tracks were still dirty). I also paid an upcharge for the ceiling fan and had to go back over it myself and found that the top of the blades were not cleaned at all. Overall, they did well, I suggest looking closely at the work before letting the crew leave."
