"This company was not upfront with their pricing at all. I feel like I was robbed. I was expecting to pay about $300 for my pool to be closed for the year. That is roughly what I have paid in the past 2 years. This company did not tell me that they were going to charge $203/hr between 2 people. They did no other repairs, just felt like charging $1,100 to close a pool. I did not know I was going to be paying someone what I would pay my lawyer to close my pool. I would never have used this company if I would have known I was going to be paying over $1,000 to close a pool. That is insane how they feel comfortable charging that much. There are so many other great pool companies in Springfield to choose from. Please take my advice and use an honest company. I will never use this ridiculous company again."

But from the moment the 3 Kleen-Aire arrived with their two trucks and much equipment, I felt sure I was dealing with top professionals. They did the job in exactly the time they said, and they did a magnificent job. This was a very old house that had never had its ducts cleaned, and they removed a massive amount of dust, dirt and debris from them, and also did an expert job dissembling and reassembling the units. The air blowing from the ducts is noticeably MUCH cleaner, and it no longer causes me to cough or sneeze! I highly recommend Kleen-Aire to everyone, and if you have considered having this service performed at your home or work, I strongly encourage you to do so, especially if you live or work in a very old building as I do!"
