Brandon Gill did a fantastic job! He told me what he was going to do, did it with a minimum of bother and noise. After he was finished he explained and showed me what he did. He cleaned up any mess. Then showed me the paperwork and explained everything. I would definately hire Dales Roofing again!

Never should you use this company. They charged over $180 to clean gutters and left my yard a mess! The worker was polite and helpful, but I paid l too much for how little they did. You would think a company that does roofs would know how to clean up guttters.

Very good, very helpful, great price and quality. Returned 3 times to fix unrelated leak in chimney, including chimney boot/flashing. (Come to find out from masonry contractor that chimney needs tapcon on cap and masonry repairs). Got platinum service warranty on roof, that includes both product and labor for defects and repair/replace.

We trust this company so we did not seek other bids. The rep climbed the roof, prepared two bids, one to reseal the areas where leaks were occurring and the other a complete re-roof. Since the roof was the original from 1995, we knew we needed to replace. They told us roughly when they would be able to do it and were right on with their estimate. A few days before, a truck brought the shingles and used a boom arm to place them high on the peaks. On the install day, five workers arrived early, stayed late, and completely tore off and re-shingled the entire roof. We found virtually no nails or other debris on the ground and none of our plants were damaged. None of the gutters were damaged that we can detect. About a week later, another employee arrived to add a few shingles on one peak where they had run out of materials. Then later, another employee arrived to inspect the roof. And finally we received an invoice for the exact amount of the contract we signed. Top notch, beginning to end.

We replaced our roof in October 2012 and it looks great and we have so much more insulation especially against outside noises. We developed a small roof leak in November of 2017 so I called Dales and even though our warranty expired in October 2017 they came out and replaced the cap at no charge.

I called Dale's roofing (they were listed as sun tunnel installers) to inspect the problem. It took about 2 weeks for them to come out to assess the problem and about another week to receive a report. I got a contract to repair the leaking area. After returning the contract it took about another week or so to get the job done. Three + weeks later the roof leaked again in the same area. I called Dale's roofing and then I was told that for another $80 they would add something. I asked why would there be another charge because they inspected the situation and said it would be fixed for $375 and now they wanted more after I paid the bill. I was then told that it would be fixed again at no charge, but they would email a report with pictures about a bigger problem. I never received an email (or pictures) but I did receive an estimate for an entire new roof. Dale's roofing did fix the roof and for now it hasn't leaked again.

I know they've got a real good reputation locally but they diagnosed the problem, did the service and it didn't work. The price was fair. I'm still getting water coming down the side of the house that should be going into the drain. I've called them up and they wanted to come at 8 o'clock in the morning. We're retired and we don't get up at 8 o'clock. I tried to set them up for a 1 o'clock but they didn't respond to that. Their punctuality for the repair they did and to come out for the estimate, they did well on that. Their diagnosis of the problem didn't resolve the issue. They gave me a 1 year warranty and I want them to come back but I don't want them to come back at 8 AM. This is the year with a lot of rainfall in our area, a 100 year rainfall event, and so everybody in that business has been overwhelmed. The repair work that was performed in response to diagnosis did not resolve issue. Communication was at least fair.

Phone was answered quickly, they scheduled someone to come out in a few days who looked around and didn't find any problems, but sealed around a vent and screws just in case. No charge.

$1600 less than another bidder.

Everything was completed in less than 3 days. The roofers were polite and respectful and as undisruptive as possible.

They did a great job! They cleaned up everything and left it as they found it.

Went well - clean-up was a little slow, but they got it done.

Dale's roofing was wonderful! I called for an estimate and their representative couldn't have been more helpful. He answered all my questions and was extremely informative. The job was completed in two days and the crew was equally professional. I had contacted other companies and their estimates were outrageous.. I would've went with Dale's roofing anyway because his people were so much nicer and courteous! I was so glad that I found this company and I would definitely recommend them or hire them again if needed.

Had some roof work done six years ago and four years ago a small area started leaking. Tried to repair it several times myself and, at best, it seemed all I had done was put a band-aid on it. Reviewed several companies on Angie's List and Dale's Roofing was at the top with an A and over 70 reviews so gave them a call the 12th of September 2016. The next day Taylor came out in the morning, Tuesday, to give me a bid and said he would email me the bid that evening. No bid came, so waited a day. thinking he got sidetracked, still no bid Wednesday. I called him Thursday morning and he tried to argue with me saying he sent it, asked for my email again, and I gave it to him again, and like magic, within the next five minutes I had a bid in my mailbox! printed off the bid and reviewed it with my wife and my brother who is a contractor in Texas. Signed the bid offer and faxed it back to the office in Springfield Friday. I called the office in Springfield Tuesday the 20th since I had not gotten a confirmation from them on receiving the fax or whats steps were needed next to continue moving forward. Spoke with Brandy, who was very pleasant, she advised they did receive the fax and I was scheduled for the first week in October (thanks for letting me know this), I asked if there was a specific date so I could request off from work. There wasn't as of yet due to possible weather constraints which I understand. So I put in for a week's vacation off the first week of October. Received a voicemail, as i was away from my phone, Thursday evening, the 22nd, saying they wouldn't be able to make it out till the second or third week of October now, I was livid. Tried to call back but apparently close before five. Called back the next morning and Brandy reassured me it must have been a wrong number called because I was still scheduled correctly for the first week. Monday the October 3rd, a truck comes to delver shingles, no big deal because I was home, but there was no phone call or notice of this delivery. Tuesday the 4th, Sammy and another gentleman show up to do the work. They worked clean and they worked fast, were very polite and apologetic for the previous misfortunes with the company I'd been having as far as POOR communication lines go! I'd recommend Dale's Roofing to someone ONLY if they were to specifically request to have Sammy and his teammate sent out, because they are the only reason I'm giving the B rating I am today or else it would have been a D overall!

We got an estimate, and the job was scheduled about 3-4 weeks later because of the backlog and weather, but the crew was here when promised and roof looks good and doesn't leak anymore. I liked the idea that out of 5 quotes, Dale's was the only one that offered the synthetic underlayment, which seems to get good reviews. Our roof is very steep and has two dormers. Crew cleaned up nicely and someone from Dale's came out and inspected the job before it was invoiced. I feel confident that Dale's will stand behind a roof they install if problems arise like any reputable roofer should do.  

We were provided an estimate for the work which included replacing the roofing tiles, flashing and sealing areas on the roof which were needed.  The roofing tiles were replaced as agreed, however, the material which was used for the flashing appeared to be a sheet of vinyl siding which was placed on the rear and partially down the sides of the chimney.  We were not happy with the look of the replacement flashing nor of its effectiveness based on placement.  They were also to seal the areas of the roof which were in need of resurfacing on the nine year old roof.  They chose to do this when the winds were gusting to 40 mph on the date of the repair.  We immediately expressed our concerns about the appearance and effectiveness of  flashing and questioned the application of the sealant on such a windy day.  Two different managers came out to look at the job.  The second manager referred us to the owner of the company.  We met with Dale and after pointing out that the estimate had indicated our original flashing was to be reinstalled and they replaced it with inferior materials,  he agreed to remove the new flashing and replace it with what we were expecting and to reseal the areas on the roof.  The Fair ratings for quality and responsiveness are based on the initial job and the fact that it took multiple calls and three people looking at the roof before the matter was resolved.

Very professional and completed all work as promised

From start to finish they were very punctual and professional. Originally we had a metal roof in mind, but the person who came to give us our estimate warned us about some of the higher cost to  buy and maintain a metal roof. They told us some of the roofing that they're own employees were going with. We felt very comfortable trusting their opinion. They could have easily let us buy the more expensive metal roofing and not said anything.
Once we selected what shingles we wanted, they were quick to return and had the whole roof done within a day. They were very good about cleaning up after themselves.
