Amazing. Joel was super easy to work with and was honest and conscientious. He fixed my roof for a fraction of what others charged and got way more returned to me on a hail damage claim than I could have hoped for.

I purchased a home that needed a roof, and the seller’s insurance paid for it. Joel Blankenship was quick to respond, and was a good communicator throughout the project. The yard was very clean after the project was done, and the roof looked like a professional job. They even replaced the guttering and downspouts. I wasn’t expecting that so it was nice surprise to see it!

Joel was very responsive and so professional. We really appreciate the fact that he has an inspector background so we had confidence that he has probably seen it all. He found our issue and it was a quick and easy fix! He was honest, reliable and just what we needed. He sent pictures to us so we could also see the issue!

Our experience was outstanding from beginning to end. From selecting the roofing product to answering our many questions, Joel was extremely helpful and patient, always seeking to earn our business without being pushy. He maintained a high level of communication with us throughout the entire process. The work was completed in a day and a half with minimal disruption to our lives. Perfectly done, was advised to go with rolled roofing on porches due to pitch, upgraded to architectural shingles over 3-tab for same price. Joel with Roof Rehab came down and looked at the roof, and then came back when the inspector was here. We all 3 talked through the process so everyone knew what to expect. Roof Rehab was in contact with myself and the insurance Co to make sure there was nothing that fell through the cracks. The Roof Rehab crew, tore off, disposed of the material, and put on the new roof, cleaned up, and rolled the area with a magnet to pick up any loose nails in 1 day.

The job went great, very fast service. Joel was very polite and helpful to us throughout the process. He explained exactly what products would be used and how the job would be completed. Great warranty on the work and materials as well. We would highly recommend Roof Rehab to anyone in need of a new roof.
