1- what a surprise when he actually called me back within hours of me leaving a message!
2-came by the NEXT day to give me a bid
3-apologized that it would be THREE days later until he had time to install them! (I have chased another guy around for 9 months and finally gave up!)
4-clean work, prompt-showed up exactly when he said he would (what a shocker!!), polite, professional and and the caps look great....he didn't try to upsell me or tell me anything else needed done (we just had the chimney rebuilt so I knew nothing else needed done--but he did not know that)

This is a dirty job that I wouldn't want to tackle myself. They keep the workspace very clean and leave it smelling great! We've used Dr. Flue for three years in a row, and all our neighbors are using Dr. Flue, also. It's worth the price to get a thorough cleaning with great results. John also will answer questions you have about your fireplace, damper, and chimney, how they work, and provide opinions about services such as damper work, chimney sealing, etc.
