Continued customer service failures to the point that I had documented everything and sent an 8 page letter outlining the issues in hopes to get things moving. My insurance and I worked together to get a manager, who was more interested in talking about the final payment vs my issues , to finally submit the needed documents. The last email from the manager was rude and contradicted an email that was sent by someone else in the company just a minute before."
