My grandfather helped engineer and build portable bridges for the U.S. Army in Europe during World War II. In 1947 he used this incomparable experience to start his own business. My dad followed in his footsteps, and I have been doing it my whole life. "In a nutshell…It took 8 months to finish the process. Issues started the day they were supposed to show up to meet the insurance adjuster and didn’t. Continued customer service failures to the point that I had documented everything and sent an 8 page letter outlining the issues in hopes to get things moving. My insurance and I worked together to get a manager, who was more interested in talking about the final payment vs my issues , to finally submit the needed documents. The last email from the manager was rude and contradicted an email that was sent by someone else in the company just a minute before."

We are flexible on payment options we do not expect money up front we collect a down payment once material is delivered and we start work. Then once job completed we will do a walk around with the customer. Then customer signs off on the job and we collect final payment. "Hired for a million dollar roofing / patio repair in a 13 unit hi-end townhome community -always MIA on the job site. Our HOA board has threatened legal action due to slow progress. We are nearing 7 months in what should be a 3 month project- and we are only at 50% completion. -did not put a tarp down during a rain storm, causing water intrusion in 4 units -caused damage to 5 of 13 units during first month of project -refused to pay for matching carpet in my home to make me whole for damage caused by his negligent employees. Costing me over $3,000.00 to me-the home owner all while promising to cover all costs. Stay away. Owner Jeremy Britton is dishonest!"
