Hired this company multiple times... Always professional, highest quality of work, excellent cleanup and almost daily updates from project managers... Just simply the best... Multiple neighbors used this company based on our finished projects...

Good job from start to finish. The estimator was very clear and informative, the repair to the valley was done expertly, quickly, aesthetically, thoroughly, and cleanly. Every thing was left finished and clean after 3/5 hours. I think the price could be better. Thus, only 4 stars.

They did a very good job and I am happy with the results. I would highly recommend them and I would definitely hire them again.

Awesome company

We had questions about the work since they cut up our old cover and used part of the pipe with the new install and the install was not very attractive. Was not at all like the photos of the work they would do which we were shown when getting the estimate. When asking to talk with Ron about the install he was very unprofessional, disrespectful and condescending. He would not talk with us and just accused us of trying to get out of paying for the job. We just wanted to discuss the work and why it was different than expected and Ron was argumentative and disrespectful. We have never been treated so badly in our own home. We paid him and asked him to leave. A customer should be able to ask questions and discuss the work which was done and not be treated with such disrespect and accused of trying to get out of paying.

Bone Dry started the job early on Monday morning and was done by mid-day on Tuesday. All the old shingles were removed on both structures. Then the crew installed new shingles, roof vents, counter flashing for both chimneys on the house, and new shingles on the garage. After the job was finished they did a very thorough cleanup of the ground around the house. I am happy we chose Bone Dry again to do this project. The new roofs look great and I am sure the buyer will be pleased.

This is a VERY good company. I chose the top five roofing companies on Angie’s List and had all of them come out and give me their pitch and estimate. Ultimately, I chose Bone Dry because quite frankly they obviously had the highest level of expertise. I warned them that I was very picky and I expected my house to look good enough to go on the cover of their brochures. They delivered on that. They have great supervisors and are very hands down. If you want the best you won’t do better than this company.

Bone Dry Roofing just finished our new roof and it has been one of the best decisions I made. Not just getting the new roof but having Bone Dry Roofing install it for us. My first experience with them was when their manager Curtis came to our house and inspected the roof for hours, not knowing if we will give them the contract or not. This just shows they really care about the customer needs and painstakingly try to identify any issues. Their crew was also very polite and cordial and worked non-stop. At every step of the roofing process, they shared pictures to show the updates. At the end of the job, the local head Ron, himself, came to inspect the roof. And this again shows that the whole company seems to be behind their work. They were also kind to provide the best warranty for the work. I am actually having them now do our gutters covers. If you are looking for a trustworthy, dedicated, and customer-minded company then Bone Dry Roofing is my recommendation.

They met with me twice before doing the work. Then took pictures throughout the installation process and allowed me to ask any questions along the way. I would most definitely recommend them for your roofing needs.

Bone-Dry is my go to roofer for shingle roofs. For this project, they tore off the roof of a ranch house and put on a brand new roof and new flashing. They are quick efficient and meticulous. I've worked with them twice before this project with great results. On this particular project, a leak persisted around the chimney. They came out quickly, found the problem with and fixed it. I regularly recommend them to friends.

It went very well. Scott from the Masonry dept of Bone Dry arrived on the day as promised. After looking at the chimney he took pictures of the problem areas so that we were aware of what the actual problem looked like. He then went to work. After completion he showed us pictures of the repaired area and explained everything that was done. Scott was very professional and able to answer our questions. He installed new mortar in affected areas and sealed it. He also sealed cracks in the chimney crown. Bone Dry is coming again for another job...an acid wash treatment and a water repellent on chimney chases. They did our roof several years ago and always do an excellent job getting

Bone Dry did an amazing job. They kept us well informed with progress pictures and updates the along every step of the way. Everything was completed in a timely manner, and they took great care to make it look like they were never on our property.

The rep from Bone Dry was easy to work with and helpful navigating the insurance. The work was great. Only snag was that we had a few areas that needed to be refined and the on-site roofer didn't offer a walk-through before requesting payment. Not a big deal. They brought out their best guys to modify a few things and all was good. We hired Bone Dry again for a chimney crown repair.

They were great about helping us get the ball rolling on homeowners insurance claim and even had someone come to walk the roof with the insurance adjuster. They got us on the schedule quickly also. The installation date ended up being pushed back one day which wasn't a big deal for us and they notified us the day before. The roof installation was great! They were quick and worked very hard to get the job done! For just the roof work, I would give them an A+. They did a pretty good job with clean-up also. We're still finding a rogue roof nail here and there, but I think that it's next to impossible to avoid that completely. But, we had a problem with 1 skylight (a manual crank) that was on backorder. Any problems we had with the job snowballed from that. The guys at Bone Dry didn't realize it was on backorder and started the job without it and said they would come put the skylight on as soon as it was in (which was supposed to be less than a week). It took longer than expected to get the skylight in and when they came to install it, the guys didn't seem like they were really sure how to get it installed correctly (they were talking about taking apart the brand new skylight to install the new "top" onto the old "base", which just did not sound right to me). After voicing my concerns, they put the whole new skylight assembly (base, screen, and top) over they old base and screen and said they would talk to the production manager who ordered the skylight about what to do. That day we ended up with the a manual crank skylight that was non-functioning. I asked the guy who was "in charge" a few times that day to have the production manager call me to get the skylight fixed. But, he did not accurately relate my concerns to the production manager (Jim) so I ended up having to call Jim myself a few days later to ask him to come back out and fix the problem. Jim quickly made time to come out himself and fix the skylight and he did a really good job! If not for a bit of poor communication and the backorder skylight, I would have given higher marks on everything except price.

It was awesome. Of all the business interactions I've had when it comes to our home; this was far and away the best. From the initial phone call all the way through the post-work follow-up; Bone Dry Roofing was a pleasure to deal with. The were polite and professional and the work looks great. I honestly believe that the roof is in better shape now than it was when we bought the house brand new. Derek Green was our initial contact and he was so helpful and patient in looking at the mess we had and giving us our options on how we could proceed. Once we settled on what we wanted, Scott Galvin and his crew came out and delivered a tremendous job getting everything done in one day (which I honestly didn't expect to happen) and we are thrilled with how everything turned out. I'd do business with them again in a heartbeat and would recommend them to anyone.
