One of the scariest things about hiring a company to do repair work is to feel confident that you are making the right choice. Well, I made the right choice in selecting Matterhorn Exteriors and I wanted to share it in a review! I did my research and had 3 companies provide a bid to replace my roof. Chad put me at ease immediately with his professionalism, knowledge, and mostly his detailed and careful inspection. He showed me images of the different damaged areas on the roof. He was transparent and honest in his recommendations of what needed to be done, what I could forego and what I should consider. His bid was very comprehensive, describing each cost which included images of the new products and work to be done. He offered to stop by to walk me through the proposal, which he explained in detail and patiently answered all my questions. Chad earned my trust, so I decided on Matterhorn Exteriors. He was attentive throughout the ENTIRE process (he didn’t just win the bid and abandoned me or turned me over to someone else). He was present during the job, kept me updated on the progress, and even calmly re-answered questions that I had previously asked. He even did the unexpected, by fixing a few little things that I had previously mentioned – now that is a good example of “listening to your customer needs”! Afterwards, the Crew cleaned up, as if they had not even been here! That wasn’t the end…Chad came back for a final inspection, showing me close-up pictures of the new roof and where there previously was damage. Chad is passionate in what he does, which is evident in the prompt/responsive and caring customer service, the respect he shows his Crew, and the quality of product and workmanship. He is devoted to making his customers’ happy. Well, I’m not just happy, I’m elated with my choice and my new roof!!

Matterhorn Exteriors was great from start to finish. Chad was a wonderful expert on exactly what we needed when replacing our roof and gave us many different options for materials, ridge venting, color and price ranges. Their pricing was the best around for the options presented. Their project managers kept the project moving and kept us informed all along the way. They completed the project quickly, scheduling our project within 2 weeks of the initial meeting and had our entire roof replaced in 1 day. The crew the day of were polite and courteous in every way. They cleaned everything up and we had an amazing room as soon as they were done. We love our new roof and are so happy that we chose Matterhorn to complete our project for us.

We were very pleased with Matterhorn’s workmanship. From first contact, Chad was very prompt with regard to returning emails, calls, and texts. We were pleasantly surprised when he actually brought shingle samples to the house for us to review. Very convenient. His crew was very courteous and had the old roof off and new roof on in one day. They even installed gutter guards, that we had bought, on a tall section of the house for us. Side note: It was getting dark as the crew was wrapping up the job. We saw lights in our backyard and were curious. Upon investigation, the roofing crew was using flashlights to look for nails in the yard and around the house. Great attention to detail! Going forward, I would not hesitate to use or recommend Matterhorn to friends or family.

Prompt and courteous service for a roof replacement. Chad walked me through the various older items that could be removed and replaced by a ridge vent. Delivery of the shingles was fun to watch and did not take much time. The roofing crew was skilled and courteous (cleaned out a portion of the gutter that had tree branches and other debris), cleaning up after the roofing was completed.

Matterhorn Exteriors did an amazing job replacing the roof and gutters on my 100 year old farmhouse. Chad explained everything thoroughly. Our house had a tricky roof leak that wasn't easy to diagnose right off the bat. Of the various companies we reached out to, Matterhorn (Chad) was the only one to take the time to actually determine what the issue was, and they actually followed through on their communication. Every other company tried to sell us a new roof or didn't return our calls after hearing about the issue. After Chad tried the least invasive and cheaper option first to fix the issue, the roof was unfortunately still leaking, so he came back again to get some ideas for a different tactic. He sent us a quote and broke everything down so that we understood what was labor vs. cost of materials. The roof was repaired a few weeks ago and we haven't had any further leaking since that time despite some heavy rains. Our final cost also ended up being cheaper than originally quoted since some of the excess materials were returnable and labor was less intensive than originally estimated. We really appreciated working with an honest & transparent company who does good work. Thank you!

I just had a new roof installed by Matterhorn Exteriors. Before contacted them I researched this buisness on the BBB website and the reviews were outstanding. Chad came to my home and inspected my roof and explained what work needed to be done. I was very impressed with his knowledge and extremely pleased with his estimate. The roofers arrived within a week and completed the job in just a few hours. The completely cleaned up after. I would recommend Matterhorn Exteriors to anyone needing a new roof.

We highly recommend Matterhorn. We had a very large chimney chase that had several small leaks around its edges. Chad removed the chase and chimney, worked with our plumbers to replace a water heater flue that also exited out of the chase structure, and rebuild our roof where the chase had been. The roof was rotted far more than he anticipated and it took him twice as long as was estimated. His prices are very reasonable and he did excellent work. Will definitely hire again for other exterior work.

We had received a number of bids from local companies in the area. However, after my wife and I met Chad, we knew we would be moving forward with Matterhorn Exteriors. Chad was professional, never seemed to be in a hurry, answered all our questions, provided sound recommendations, completed paperwork for our HOA to approve, and simply was a delight. We had been stressing about completing our siding for a number of years and we are so happy to have gone with this company! The siding and new gutters look amazing and there was no leftover debris from the install. Do yourself a favor and choose this company. They are reasonably priced and the professionalism takes them to another level!

Chad was friendly and really easy to work with. His crew was there a little before 6:30 AM and worked until the sun went down. They made sure to take good care of our plants by covering our hydrangea bush with an upside down trash can and placing tarp around it so debris would not harm it. We really like the look of the new roof and siding and appreciated Chad's input in the color decisions.

Chad was great at returning calls and answering questions. The job was done quickly and efficiently. The roofing team was meticulous with clean-up; you couldn’t tell they were here other than we have a beautiful new roof.

Chad and Matterhorn Exteriors were outstanding! From beginning to end we had a great experience. Chad responded to my inquiries right away and kept me informed throughout the process of having our roof replaced. He and his crew did an outstanding job. I couldn’t be happier with our new roof and can’t recommend Matterhorn Exteriors highly enough!

Chad and his team are very efficient. We received a proposal within a few days of our request. Scheduled a date and they arrived on that day and completed the work very much to our satisfaction, including clean up. One special thing to note: When we met with Chad to select the shingles and set a date we informed him that we had a mother duck on a nest of 11 eggs in our front flower bed. The location was not ideal since there was a potential for debris to fall on her and her nest. We provided a shield and the crew took extra care not to disturb her. Even the person delivering the shingle ask to know where the duck was. The mother was perfectly fine after it was all over. I'd say Chad and his team went the extra mile.

I cannot begin to state my satisfaction with the job Matterhorn did on our roof. The company responded to our inquiry for a bid, set up the job and finished the roof in a short amount of time due to our insurance requirement. The workers were professional and the job site was kept clean. Our new roof looks great and we are completely satisfied. Will gladly recommend to others.

Chad was very easy to deal with and was always available for any questions or concerns. He worked with me to replace my roof a few years ago and recently helped me with new windows. The bid was very detailed and broken out into separate phases of work per our request. The installers did a great job and we are very pleased with the final product. The installers were flexible with scheduling and very respectful of our home while working. The install crew arrived a little later than expected on both days of work, but they were able to complete everything within the two day window that they committed to. I would highly recommend this company for roof replacement and window replacement. I plan on working with Matterhorn Exteriors to replace my siding within the next year or two as well.
