When it came time to choose the materials and accessories, Darryll was very incredible helping in guiding our family through our selections, even making recommendations on lower price options that he felt represented better value. My wife had concerns about potential water damage behind some of the walls that weren't being replaced. Darryll told us that water damage in those areas was highly unlikely in the absence of other signs. He said he would be willing to do the extra work but that if it was his bathroom he wouldn't do it, because it would be spending well over a thousand dollars on something that wasn't likely to provide any value. When the time came to start the remodel the workers were extremely professional, courteous, and kept us informed every step of the way. We decided to make a change to how we originally had planned the electrical work which they accommodated without hesitation or additional charge even though it was more work. They finished the remodel two days before the estimate and the results were fantastic. It has been 3 months since the work was completed and have no concerns about the quality of the work. I would (and have) highly recommend GA Chott to anyone looking to do home remodeling. They clearly care about delivering great service, at a fair price, and developing long-term customers."

"This is a good company to deal with. James, the owner, was out within one hour to diagnose our problem. The next morning the technicians, Brian and Josh were out to take care of our drain issues. Brian made a point of showing me the camera footage of the main drain. The did a great job on the main and two other drains. They also cleaned up very well when they were done. Brian also noticed an issue with our bathtub stopper and fixed it without an extra charge. The pricing was transparent. They have a nice email notice system and called when they were on the way.
