"The crew installed the roof while my wife and I were at work.  They completed the entire roof (a home of around 1500 sq ft) in one day, and cleaned up the entire area before departing.  No nails or broken shingles were found.  We are very happy with the overall appearance of the roof, both in terms of color and texture.  Amanda (from Richard's office) was very helpful and patient with our questions.  They let us take all the sample shingles we wanted to match up our brick with the right color too.  That was very helpful.
