The contractor was very knowledgeable and able to repair and replace parts improperly installed. They also did the complete bathtub and shower installation. Both Travis and Tom took the time to explain the process and let me know of any issues and how to properly repair them. The communication was excellent and the quoted cost was appropriate. They made the entire process go smoothly even with unexpected issues or delays. I called after hours to schedule a house visit & was told dispatch would call in the morning. We were called promptly the next morning & told we were the third job on the day's list. We were notified by the technician when he was on his way - giving us an ETA. He arrived on time & went straight to work finding & replacing a corroded wire terminal. Within 20 minutes the AC was working again. The technician was friendly & communicative. We were happy to see that the technician wore a face mask. (Work was done during the 2020 pandemic) Whether it is the companies current regulation or the technician's own decision it was greatly appreciated & thoughtful."
