"We used an Angie's List deal for the company for it's good value not to mention the company had many good ratings. I called after hours to schedule a house visit & was told dispatch would call in the morning. We were called promptly the next morning & told we were the third job on the day's list. We were notified by the technician when he was on his way - giving us an ETA. He arrived on time & went straight to work finding & replacing a corroded wire terminal. Within 20 minutes the AC was working again. The technician was friendly & communicative. We were happy to see that the technician wore a face mask. (Work was done during the 2020 pandemic) Whether it is the companies current regulation or the technician's own decision it was greatly appreciated & thoughtful."

Brian made a point of showing me the camera footage of the main drain. The did a great job on the main and two other drains. They also cleaned up very well when they were done. Brian also noticed an issue with our bathtub stopper and fixed it without an extra charge. The pricing was transparent. They have a nice email notice system and called when they were on the way.
