"Extremely customer service experience. The representative I dealt with was not only unhelpful but also came across. As both judgmental and lacking professionalism when I asked clear questions about pricing I received vague misleading answers. They scheduled an appointment that I had agreed upon for one o'clock pm but no one show up or call. Instead I received a text for 1 o'clock pm.; When I called to let them know The situation and the pricing they have changed their answer from 1 -3pm and told me that there was a fee that would be applied. When I asked a follow up question the Rep. hung up on me. The overall behavior was unprofessional and extremely biased based on demographic that they choose not to served. I would expect more transparency, respect and communication."

Very pleased with selection of Romine Contracting. Work was completed in a timely, orderly, and professional manner with attention to detail. Owner, Vinny personally monitored the process. Job was completed on as agreed pricing. We now have a very functional kitchen with a nice WOW factor."

"This is the second time we’ve hired GA Chott during the past 15 years. We hired Darryll and Angie and team to build out a bathroom from scratch (no plumbing) in our upstairs attic space, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. The quality of the work is unsurpassed. We had an inspector ask us about who did the work so that he could contact them for a job in his own home. The quality and attention to detail were incredible. James is purely a rockstar – he works quietly (considering it included demo and the like), cleanly and respectfully. He kept us in the know along the way and really brought the details together. He was always available when we had questions and did quality work from top to bottom. Most of all, James really treated our home as though it was his own. The coordination of the project (which included several required inspections) was all handled by Angie and team. She is a great communicator, and that can’t be overlooked in a project of this scale. Again, she was always available for any questions we may have, and made it feel like we were their only clients. Darryll helped us navigate decisions and brought the full plan together. When we encountered a couple of small issues, he was quick to address and correct them, and assured that things were properly handled. This was a large, 8-week project. We did our homework and acquired several bids. GA Chott wasn’t the cheapest (or the most expensive), but they were clearly the best choice. We give our highest recommendation. You’ll be pleased with both the quality of the work and how it’s handled throughout the process."

"This company absolutely sucks!!! They will not stop harassing me with phone calls. They've called about 15 times, and I've told them each and every time that i no longer need help. And they won't stop!!! I had to report them to angis list. I would have reported them to BBB but they dont seem to exist anywhere except here and some website called Houzz where their account is suspended. I dont think this is a real company. Beware!!!!!"

They truly listened to every question, concern, and vision I had for our project. They were polite and conscientious throughout, the subcontractors they hired for the project above par. We never felt uneasy with anyone that entered our home. The end result is absolutely gorgeous and exceeded my own expectations! "Only rating 1 because it doesn't go lower. Had a new unit installed end of Sept 24. First time power goes out on 11/5, no electricity. When tri state sells you a product, they pitch their amazing customer service with all these guarnatees of knowing when your unit is out before you know and having someone there within 24 hours etc. Well, the first call we make we are told it will be the end of Nov to get someone out to look at it. 3 weeks. Nobody shows up. Then we get a call that says "your appointment on Dec 12 has been canceled and the earliest we can get to you is Jan 16th. This is 2.5 months wait to get service to fix a nearly $20k unit, that is upcharged because of the excellent service. You can't get anyone to answer your call. you wait on hold for 20 minutes, then have to leave a voicemail in which you will not get called back. Based on my experience, find someone else and pay less. Even if the service is bad, which it can't be worse than this, you save money! @kohler"
