Bathtub Installation and Replacement
I allowed bathroom excellence referred by Angi to install shower and walk in tub, shower walls wavey chrome faucets and grab bars supposed to be brushed nickel doors out of level close on their own don't seal all the way. walk in tub installed with 3/8 in. Instead of Ā¾ water lines takes 35 minutes to fill, electric wrong should be 30amp only installed 20amp all fossettes and handles chrome supposed to be brushed nickel left my home totally a mess. Don't have enough hot water to fill .New bids over 10,000 To repair their work.

"Mr. Riley signed a contract with Bathroom Excellence for $31,467 on 10/14/2024 and put down a deposit of $15,733.50. I have attached the signed contract. Mr. Riley stated he had a bid from a competitor for $50,000 to do the same project we were contracted to do for him. He was enthusiastic about the price and the project. He also had a 3 day right of recission once the contract was signed to change his mind and get a full refund on his deposit. He chose not to do so. I have attached several pictures that were taken during the project to show there was never a mess left as he stated. From the moment the renovation began Mr. Riley started to express regret for making the decision to spend so much money on the project. He stated several times to Jesus our Install Manager that he had spent too much money on it. The customer stated he researched the cost of the bathtub, and it was nowhere near what he was charged. Because he now has buyerĀs remorse, he expects us to give him a new bathtub for free. There is no truth in his statement Āall the wrong parts were put in.Ā Shame on himĀ I have also attached a timeline of what occurred. Mr. Riley agreed to pay us multiple times and NEVER followed through. He demanded to see the Consultant that sold him the project and THEN he agreed to pay AGAIN. We moved around schedules and the representative went to his home. Once again Mr. Riley went back on his word. He left us with unpaid debt and installers that he apparently felt should do all his remodeling for free. We have text messages as well to confirm our claims. It is criminal that a homeowner can sign a contract, put a deposit down, allow the order to be made and paid for, demolition and install to be completed, leave us with a $15,733.50 balance that he still owes then decide not only that he does not want to pay BUT we should GIVE him his money back and he should keep a brand-new bathroom."

Jesus and his crew did a remarkable job. The project involved a bathroom rough in in the basement. Contacted over 7 bathroom remodelers in the area and only 2 could complete a bathroom install from only a rough in. We were very fortunate to find Bathroom Excellence on AngieĆ¢ s list. The crew were very polite, professional and treated this project as if they were working on their own homes. They handled everything from acquiring local builder permits to new plumbing, electric, flooring, dry wall and painting. Jesus did a fantastic job on the muddying and taping of the dry wall which is really a construction art. Worked with Jack on the original bid and contract. They really delivered on what they promised. We couldnĆ¢ t be happier as the new bathroom is beautiful. Customer service was exceptional which is refreshing to find in a company. So many companies promise customer service but it falls flat. Bathroom Excellence delivers in every area. Highly recommend this company for their high quality craftsmanship and service.

I canāt say enough about this company. While the project took longer than expected, most issues were beyond anyoneās control. Jesus was a true professional. Respectful and considerate of my time. This was a complicated project, and the final product exceeded my expectation. I highly recommend this company!

Sometimes City permits and inspections can prolong things but we always like to take into consideration the customers feelings,time and overall happiness when working through the sometimes not so considerate city inspectors involvment!
