They were rude and disorganized, they sent a text and email about 10am appointment, then when I called to verify, they said it was noon, and one of the people hung up on me her name is melissa she said good luck with that and hanged up on me. a person Dion was very rude and this is terrible company , I would never work with them .we were having a bad phone reception and I asked his name a few times and he said well I've just told you three times what my name is . that's very rude. angies list gave me a good recommendations, A washing machine repairman and that went very well, when we had another worker over here and they took customer complaint very professionally and helpful, And I would use Angies List again.

Five Star Bath did an outstanding job for us! We had new, updated and very elegant shower panels put in both of our bathrooms. These replaced the boring previous white panels. Both bathrooms were completed in three days. This included the tearing out, hauling away and installation. Chris did an excellent job and each day he cleaned up and even vacuumed! I highly recommend them!

I was very pleased with the quality of work, quality of the products and the way they wanted me to be satisfied with the job. I had 2 bathrooms remodeled and I am very happy with the finished product. Each bathroom took 3 days and the installer left the area very tidy after each day he left.

We just had our bathroom redone with all new fixtures, flooring bathtub replaced with walk in shower. Fantastic job. Everything was completed the way that Andy and Chris said it would be. Job started and completed on time. They also disposed of all demolition rubble and old fixtures. This was $$$ well spent. My wife and I very highly recommend 5 Star Bath Solutions to anyone considering a bathroom upgrade or complete make over. We are highly satisfied with the entire job.
