Shortly after we selected GA Chott there was a medical situation in our family that caused us to delay the project and they were very understanding and responsive to our needs. When it came time to choose the materials and accessories, Darryll was very incredible helping in guiding our family through our selections, even making recommendations on lower price options that he felt represented better value. My wife had concerns about potential water damage behind some of the walls that weren't being replaced. Darryll told us that water damage in those areas was highly unlikely in the absence of other signs. He said he would be willing to do the extra work but that if it was his bathroom he wouldn't do it, because it would be spending well over a thousand dollars on something that wasn't likely to provide any value. When the time came to start the remodel the workers were extremely professional, courteous, and kept us informed every step of the way. They finished the remodel two days before the estimate and the results were fantastic. It has been 3 months since the work was completed and have no concerns about the quality of the work. The job was started on the day we picked and done within the time frame that was promised. They arrived at the time they said they would each day and did a good job cleaning up as they went along. Everyone was friendly and easy to work with. They also were great with our two dogs. Working with an older home always has additional challenges. Every challenge like an additional layer of drywall having to be ripped out and replaced correctly was done while staying on budget.
