"Tom Galbraith made a timely appearance, quickly assessed the problem with the garage gutters (poor initial installation by another company), suggested a solution, provided an estimate and the work was completed to our satisfaction some weeks later. "In September 2015 Gary came on a Saturday to assess the situation. He cleaned the gutters and recommended installing gutter covers only on one side of the house due to the heavy tree cover. In May of 2017 it was apparent the new cover was clogged. I looked up the invoice and it was noted that there is a 10 year no clog warranty, Jackpot! I contacted ARC, they sent out a technician the next day. He unclogged the offending gutter cover and inspected the others. He stated that as much as he would like to sell additional covers, the other gutters were just fine as they are."
