Small gutter project and I believe they have implemented a minimum $ order since they did my project. They did a great job.

They did a great job. They installed on time. Very professional, cleanup the job site.

Tom was very detailed during the estimating stage as to what his company would do. Their work was very professional and I am very happy with the job done!

Do not hire them. We are having more problems with the new gutters than we had with the old. Their measurements go from 2, to on the gutter covers leaving space so leaves can and do get in. They will not return calls or come out and look at the situation. My husband who is 80 told Brandon he would see if he could fix where they left little or now space for the water to go in the valleys on the front of the house. The back of the house has a walkout basement so the gutters are up maybe 30 feet and he cannot go up a ladder for fear of falling onto our patio. We spoke with Tom who said he would return our call 2 weeks ago - silence. We paid over $2500 and were no batter off. Sad - no one has integrity any more. We just want them fixed correctly. I just read some other reviews where Tom, Brandon and the crew came out. We had Brandon and l another person that did not seem to know his head from a hole in the ground. I guess we got taken.

Tom and Brandon, along with the rest of the crew, did a excellent job. They did the gutters, fascia and soffit. It looks so beautiful. They even installed my rain barrel for me. Definitely would recommend them.

I reached out to multiple contractors for proposals to replace existing gutters and downspouts on my house . Capital City Exteriors proposal was the most reasonable for my project. The crew did a great job. I recommended them to my neighbor.

Tom Galbraith was very professional with great customer service. He contacted me right away, came to my house, gave me a bid the next day, and within two days he and his crew of two were able to complete the install of gutters for my house and pole barn, .He gave excellent advise and I am very satisfied. I highly recommend him and his company.

We hired Capital City Exteriors to install gutters on our new house. Tom came to our house and explained the process and the various sizes in gutters and make good recommendations. We followed his advice and went with the 6" gutters. When the crew came they did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. We are very pleased with our new gutters.

Tom Galbraith made a timely appearance, quickly assessed the problem with the garage gutters (poor initial installation by another company), suggested a solution, provided an estimate and the work was completed to our satisfaction some weeks later. We don't expect to need to repair or replace gutters but Capital City Exteriors also does roofing. We'll certainly contact them if needed.

We were very impressed with the initial consultation and appraisal of our gutter needs. It was very thorough and seemed knowledgeable. The price was mid-range; not cheap but not excessive. After deciding to go with them, the follow-up communication was not great (especially having to call and leave multiple messages before getting a call returned to actually set up our appointment). When it came to the actual work being done, we had some concerns. The clean-up at the end of the days (they were here for 3 days) was okay but we ended up picking a lot of it up ourselves, from scrap metal to kleenex to wrappers, there was plenty of stuff they left on the yard and driveway. They did do a clean-up, but it was not very thorough. They tore a few holes in one of our screen doors--I'm sure these things happen, and to their credit, they replaced it; to their discredit, they only fixed it after we brought it up (they left that day not telling us what happened). We were told one of the owners/managers would always be on site, but on one of the days that wasn't the case. And it also seemed to be tense--plenty of yelling, didn't seem like they all got along too well, which is secondary to the work being done well, but could be awkward to be around. All in all, the work was done well enough, but some of the professionalism could have been improved.

They said they were 3 weeks out to do the work and showed up in 3 weeks like they promised. Very happy with the work. They cleaned everything up during and when complete. Took care of our flowers while doing the job. The boss was always willing to give you advice about different ideas.
