"Called for a bid on a Thursday and was told they would be in the area on Monday to do the estimate. Because rain was in the forecast and my gutters were leaking badly in one spot, I wanted to get the bids as quickly as possible. When I still hadn't received the bid by the end of the week, I called back and was told that the bid had been mailed on Wednesday. When I received the bid it was postmarked as of the Friday that I called to check on it, two days after it was supposedly mailed. They also didn't give me a lot of assurance that the replacement of the gutters would solve the entire water problem because the crown molding that prevented the gutters from sitting flush with the edge of the roof line. Another company offered to remove the crown molding for close to the same price."
