Their team was able to remove the water from our basement and have everything dry within 4 days. A previous mitigation group we had used did similar work but took two weeks to complete the process. Tyler and his team were also exceptionally helpful in referring us to trusted business to help us get the repairs needed to prevent this kind of flooding from occurring. To raise the bar even further, Tyler was exceptionally professional, personable, and incredibly easy to work with. "The work was done on Tuesday, November 17th, 2020. Some equipment was left to dry out the area prior to sealing the floor. On Thursday, November 19th, 2020, someone came out to finish the job. However, some equipment was left behind and I called to have someone come and pick it up. No one came out and I had the equipment in my dining room area for Thanksgiving. To date, Wednesday, December 9th, still no one has picked up the equipment. Could you please send someone out to pick it up? I would like it removed before Christmas. Other than that, a good job was done.

"These guys are the best. My 100-year old house never had much insulation in the attic and after a problem with ice dams in 2019 I decided to get the attic insulated. Houle was on the list of CenterPoint-approved contractors. They came when they said they would, did the work quickly, explained what they had done and cleaned up. They processed my rebate application for me too. My heating bills noticeably dropped last winter, and now that it is warm my house has stayed cooler longer. This summer, I had some water damage on a bedroom ceiling and wondered if the insulation work had somehow disconnected a pump for the AC unit in the attic. Houle sent techs out the same day to check. It turned out the pump had died on its own. The two techs took the time to do their own investigation of what the problem was, and did so cheerfully. Houle stands by their work and takes customer service seriously. I am impressed.
