"We chose Window Concepts because they brought product samples to our home to assist us in picking out a new entry door and sidelights. I wasn't pleased with the scheduling process for installation though. They called 45 minutes after our original installation appointment time and said they wouldn't be able to make it that day. I had to wait another week and though they were a few hours late, they did show up. Despite the wait the installers did a great job and we are happy with the finished product."

A day later there was a small issue with the sealing caulk but they took care of it right away as the shop is on premises, with an apology for the inconvenience. Fireplace glass is not their main business, but they were very knowledgeable and helpful regarding glass repair options for my job. Would definitely use these folks again."
