Enver and Big Mike fabricated a new window jamb and with artful skill they did a great job. "We chose Window Concepts because they brought product samples to our home to assist us in picking out a new entry door and sidelights. I wasn't pleased with the scheduling process for installation though. They called 45 minutes after our original installation appointment time and said they wouldn't be able to make it that day. I had to wait another week and though they were a few hours late, they did show up. Despite the wait the installers did a great job and we are happy with the finished product."
