Well, having worked in and around the low voltage industry since the mid 1970s I seldom speak out companies ( manufacturers, installers, engineers and all types of retailers, distributors etc. So I hope that people hear what I am saying……. Simply put, Tim and my tech Nick are the “ teachers and the trainers” of the teachers!! This company has outstanding ethics and some of the Highest levels of both knowledge and expertise. I had a tiny project which they were able to complete today. If I had been doing a complex or very large project costing hundreds of thousands of dollars , they would be my first go to. "Ryan did a great job! He was very professional and did an amazing job. I have a wood panel wall and was worried about damage to the wall, Ryan talked me through his process and put my worries to rest. He even went so far as to patiently wait for me while on a work call before hanging the mount just to make sure it was positioned correctly! That's customer service! The mounting turned out great! "Allen was responsive right away via email and text message. He was on-time and/or early for estimate and on the work day. Bathroom and floor look incredible. He installed a product called enduroshield (sp?). It works as promised. Water beads right off of tile and grout, it's amazing to watch. Allen also gave good advice on how to preserve the existing tile. Would definitely hire him again."

"Overall we were satisfied with the quality of the job but we did run into some issues. Sam said it would take 2 days to complete but it ended up taking 6 full days. Unfortunately I had to use a lot more vacation to be home for this than I anticipated. We ran into some issues with the sub-contractors. One guy got nothing done the day he was there and then never showed up the next day. To Sam's credit, he called in another framer and the work was started as soon as possible. The quality was decent but we ended up having to fix some spots ourselves and add some extra framing to make the areas aesthetically pleasing. The crew members were all polite and cleaned up after themselves, which I always appreciate. Sam is very easy to work with and very professional. He takes his business seriously and has high expectations of his crew. Despite the issues we encountered we were still happy with the work and the price."
