"I can’t say enough about the level of professionalism, communication and quality of the work done by Debbie and her teams. We had at any point between one or two teams led by Alex working on our corner property project. They replaced a failing railroad tie retaining wall that covered three sides of our property, which reached 5’ in height in some areas. This required architectural considerations which Debbie handled perfectly. We looked at retaining wall bricks in person at a few different places, and also looked at stair replacements. We communicated with Debbie we wanted the wall even (so it doesn’t look wavy), as we’ve seen some uneven retaining walls walking around. They were paid a lot of attention to detail, and avoided it looking wavy, and made sure we had input all the way through the build. Additionally, they expanded our driveway to allow another car to park, fixed water creeping into my neighbors garage by fixing the grade and redirecting water away from property lines, and replaced our pitted stamped concrete path going up to our house with beautiful herringbone patterned bricks. Debbie also coordinated multiple contractors to manage in ground sprinkler modifications, ULV lighting additions, and replacing my old fence. They were very respectful of our property, and all the plants/gardens they worked around. Their work is top notch, and I would change nothing about my experience, it was exactly what we wanted. I’d use their services again without a doubt!"

We get a many compliments from the regular walkers in the neighborhood. Mike was responsive and easy to work with. The paving contractor changed the grade of the driveway, and we then had to unexpectedly make changes to the wall. Mike and Great Goats were great in extending the project, continuing to work with me to change and complete the project in a timely and cost effective manner. Would hire again."

They never showed up! After numerous emails and phone calls they finally sent one guy with 3 tools - but no way to cut bricks. "Terrible experience with Flowseal. They gave me a written quote for $172.50 in April and then ignored me for months. When they finally responded, they suddenly raised the price to $300 with no explanation. They showed up at my house without notice, then claimed my home was ?too far away? and deleted all the quotes and invoices they?d sent me. Completely unprofessional, dishonest, and unreliable. I tried to be patient and work with them in good faith, but they kept changing prices, avoiding communication, and making excuses. The fact that they deleted all documentation after I questioned them says a lot about how they do business. Flowseal wasted my time and broke their word. I would never recommend this company to anyone save yourself the frustration and go with someone more trustworthy."
