"We are absolutely thrilled with the bathroom remodels performed by Construction as Investment, LLC. We needed to remodel two of our three bathrooms. The two bathrooms are of moderate size, yet we had received estimates ranging from $25-$50,000, which seemed extreme. We then saw the big deal the company was offering for a full bathroom remodel for $5,000 and purchased two of the big deals after researching and finding good reviews on their work.



Vitaly was the project manager and he took the time to answer our questions and provided good suggestions for a few tricky details in our spaces. He also provided all of the needed measurements and instructions so we could confidently go and pick out all of the materials we wanted to use. This was especially helpful with the tile since my wife and I have never done a project with tile before and weren't experts by any means at understanding what to look for and what we would need. Before and during the remodels, I primarily communicated with Vitaly by texting and he was always prompt in responding. This method of communicating was quick and efficient and made it easy to keep the work moving.



Viktor is the companies "bathroom guy" and is an amazing craftsman and hard worker. He actually did both bath remodels all on his own, yet completed the work quicker than the time estimates we had gotten from the other companies that had given us estimates. And it wasn't from cutting corners, etc. Instead, Viktor's work was outstanding. Our city inspector even remarked about the high quality of workmanship on the remodels. Viktor is a very kind, quite and honorable individual. Because we had two bathroom remodels, Viktor spent a fair amount of time in our home and he really felt like a friend by the time the remodels were complete. We were actually sad when the remodels were finished because it meant we wouldn't see him anymore. When has anyone ever said that about someone working in their home? Our nanny homeschools our youngest daughter, so they and our dog were around the house each day with Viktor. He was always friendly to them and they enjoyed seeing him each day.



About a month after the remodels were complete, we had a crack in the grout in the corner of one of the showers. I texted Vitaly and he made arrangements for Viktor to stop back over one evening and make the repair. There was no hassle in resolving the issue and it was nice to see their commitment to doing the right thing even after the work is over and they've been paid.

"I received three quotes for this job and Artistic Fence's quote came in as the lowest quote and Amy was the only person who gave me a quote on the spot.  The other two companies opted to go home and email/mail me the quote.  Once I decided to go with them they were flexible regarding scheduling the job because I had to work with my neighbor to have some stumps removed from the property line.  Once I let them know that the stumps were removed they started the job the next week.  I was impressed with how quickly the old fence was removed and the new fence was put up...two days.  Additionally, I was able to articulate the day that they arrived how I wanted my gates to look.  They assembled everything onsite.  Overall, my experience was great."
