"Josiah and Derek were prompt, courteous, thorough, and very professional. They identified several parts that need to be replaced due to aging or because the original plumbing (1960) no longer meets code. They did not pressure me to make all of the updates now. However, when they found tha the upstairs toilet was leaking down to the basement floor with each flush, it was apparent that the toilet needed to be replaced. They were able to go get the new toilet and install it on the same day. Cost was reasonable. Works great! Highly recommend them!"
