The basement now has potential to be nice area of use and living for years ahead. The service is a expensive purchase for homeowner but it is a needed purchase for my home. The finishing job leaves the need with more work if your basement floor was rough from the years of water damage. They did stop any future water damage for my home and it is safe to spend more for more fine finishing. They completed what was contracted."

They met with my husband 2 x to go over the removal of our old 63 foot long by 8 foot wide sidewalk that ran by the side of our garage and reinstall a new sidewalk same dimensions. They removed the old sidewalk without any damage to our garage, our sidewalk butts up to the the brick foundation of the garage. My husband wanted the sidewalk installed according to his specifications and they agreed to install the sidewalk to my husbands specifications. When the sidewalk was done they back filled the dirt around the concrete with the dirt they removed. We highly recommend them."

I had multiple floods in my basement and needed a lot of sheetrock repair. I also needed a stud wall, sheetrock and electrical run for a wall I had to tear down (sump pump and drain tile installed by someone else). They handled the job no problem. Communication was excellent, they showed up on time and I never felt like they were "in the way." The workers were always polite and they left a clean work space.
