The basement now has potential to be nice area of use and living for years ahead. The service is a expensive purchase for homeowner but it is a needed purchase for my home. The finishing job leaves the need with more work if your basement floor was rough from the years of water damage. They did stop any future water damage for my home and it is safe to spend more for more fine finishing. They completed what was contracted."

"It went really well. Samuel Sharpe was one of several contractors who responded to our emergency weekend call for ice dam removal. (We noticed water infiltration during a thaw on Saturday.) He was able to respond the quickest and get started on Monday. His rates were very reasonable, and I was pleased to learn that he used a torch rather than pressure washer to remove the ice dam. He kept us informed throughout the process, with only a minor one delay delay. He worked through some of the most bitterly cold weather, (on our roof in 16 below wind chill), and was able to remove all of the snow and ice on time and within budget. My only comment to the contrary is that there was considerably more dust than I anticipated and a small ladder was not placed in the outside "earth well".
