We discovered a small pinhole leak in our copper pipe in the basement one evening, and started to call plumbers through Angie's List.  It was after hours, and we didn't have much hope to get a call until the next day.  Within an hour, Jon at American Eagle Plumbing called me back.  He was friendly, listened to the issue, and committed to getting over the next afternoon (we had the ability to shut the water off to stop the leaking, so we had some time).

Not only did Jon arrive the next day, he called and said he could get over early if we were free.  He came over, talked me through what he would do, and provided cost for that work.  As he was working, he discovered he needed to replace a longer run of pipe than anticipated, which he alerted me to before doing the work. 

Jon finished the job quickly, did quality work, and was friendly and efficient.  He communicated well, was in returning our message and in arriving for the job.  I would not hesitate to use American Eagle again - they will be our first call for plumbing needs going forward, and we wouldn't hesitate in suggesting to our friends and family if they have plumbing work.
