"Last fall i contacted 3 irrigation companies for bids on a system. They weren't the cheapest, but they were fair and in the middle of the road.
A couple of reasons i chose them.
1 - they did NOT pressure me. One of the bids i got the guy was totally high pressure sales, so i really appreciated the in depth and knowledgeable bid and that they left me to make my decision.
2 - Sean was very patient in answering all my questions, understood that the amount of money being spent and the decision to spend it, and made me feel that their customer service was going to be there.
When they came to install the system, the team in place was excellent. all very friendly and professional. They were in and out in less than a day and were patient with me in making my decisions about where to place the sprinkler heads. And left me knowing how to turn on/off and change selections on the system box.
So back to the customer service part - has been excellent! This spring i called to ask how to turn the system back on. i dug up one of the heads when landscaping, had an small issue with a couple of the heads not turning off. Sean always gets back to me quickly and resolves the issues fast.
i recommend these guys to one of my co-workers and yesterday he said he contacted them and thanked me for recommending them. said he found them helpful and thought their knowledge was right one and would use them in the future. it made me feel good to hear that and reminded me to write this review!

"I think they treated the wrong lawn. The note they sent me via text message referenced trees and shrubs in my yard, I have none. They also did not leave a yard marker showing they had been there. Otherwise, this would have been a 5 star review."

"I highly recommend Dustin and his crew. They came out on a Thursday. hydroseeded 18,000 sq feet at an extremely reasonable price. wouldn't you k ow it that afternoon a huge downpour. washed alot of it. I messaged Dustin and told him this would be my luck. he came back with, send me pictures when you get home. I sent him pictures, he said he'd have his guys back on Monday to reseed. Was it free? no! but was beyond a reasonable price. My yard is looking great with plenty of water. I will be recommending Dustin and his crew to my clients! Great job guys! message me if you want progress pictures of my lawn!"
