"Job was done and very neat young plumber was getting ready to leave when I, the dumb, gullible, non-thinking victim, flushed the upstairs toilet. And what should come down through the ceiling but another flood (clean water this time)! So back to square one. A nice neat rectangle of drywall ceiling was removed, the split drain pipe connecting the toilet to functional drain pipe was removed and replaced, the room's 2-bulb light fixture was somehow broken, the mess was nicely/neatly cleaned up, and I was left to find somebody to replace ceiling drywall and paint. American Eagle himself appeared promptly within a day or 2 to replace light fixture that did not exactly fit over original electrical outlet box (more work for drywall person)."

"The doors one was great the second he had to come back to fix. As there was a gap in between the door and where it met the frame and he originally didn't add the door jam. The hot tub work was great but it cost $300 more than originally quoted. To be fair it was bc he installed a gfi outlet he didn't originally quote. "Overall I'm very pleased.  Although they are in Albertville and I live in Lakeville, they were on time and easy to schedule.  I contacted them based on Angie's List recommendations.  Since we were unsure of the quality and functionality of our sprinkler system, we needed a professional's opinion.  From the beginning, I felt very comfortable with them.  They checked each sprinkler head, zone, and watering times.  Since this is the first time I've had a sprinkler system, I had a lot of basic questions which were answered in a way I could understand without feeling like I've been talked down to.  He suggested I install a rain sensor which I agreed to.  I was given two options to choose from (wireless or wired) and he installed it right away.

A few weeks later, I had noticed our system was running at odd times throughout the day and after a recent rainfall.  Not knowing the cause, I called them to have another inspection.  They came out the next day and told me a wire w/ the sensor was in the wrong spot and that our system had multiple schedules running.  He fixed everything promptly at no charge.  I'm very happy and pleased!"
