We are impressed with CoMitted 365 Roofing and Exteriors. They quoted us a price, got our new shingles up when they said they would, and took care of EVERYTHING! The experience from start to paying the final payment was professional and courteous. They stayed in contact with us throughout the project and never had to wonder what was happening. We highly recommend them!!!

From the moment Mitch/Committed 365 stepped on our property, Mitch was detail oriented. He was thorough and explained the process of making a claim to our insurance company and what to expect. Even when the insurance company wasn’t communicating well, Mitch was. He saw us through the process. The production process was incredible! Mitch had a crew available the day before Christmas Eve and promised to be done in a day. The promise was met. The crew was crazy good, efficient and friendly. My husband has a critical eye and found the workmanship to great. Probably best of all, when we signed off on the project Mitch made it clear that Committed 365 wasn’t going to disappear into the sunset. He would be available for questions and concerns with the job any time. We are very pleased with the outcome! Many thanks to Mitch and his crew!!

Wonderful service and communication.

CoMitted 365 did an amazing job for us. We had storm damage back in August 2021 from a hail storm. We had never filed a claim for insurance for anything and were grateful Mitch was there to help us along the way. When the insurance adjuster came, Mitch made sure to be there as well and pointed out a number of things damaged that otherwise wouldn't have been replaced as I didn't know what to look for. Mitch was extremely responsive throughout the process and was always reachable via phone or text whenever we had questions. The crews that replaced our roof, siding, garage doors, and gutters did superb work- our house looks significantly better than it did even before the storm damage. In the unfortunate event we need to repair anything in the future, we will certainly return to Comitted 365. I have recommended them to two other people I know and they have already told me how impressed they are with Comitted 365 despite just starting the process. Thank you!

Excellent service from the beginning to the end. I had storm damage and needed my roof being replace. I got multiple quotes from different companies in the area. There was a wide range in different prices that I had received from the multiple quotes. I had noticed that some companies also had a contract, and some did not. Committed 365 was able to sit down with me and explain all the details to their contact as well as answer all my questions. I also was able to have all my concerns with insurance taken off my hands with the great work that Committed 365 put into working with my insurance company and laying everything out for me in layman's terms. I was new to owning a home within the past couple years with no idea how the process worked. The company made sure to take care of protecting my landscaping during the process of replacing my roof and being respectful to my property. The owners were on-site each day making sure that the process was going well and that my needs/any questions I had were answered. When the project was done, the owner came and inspected the roof to ensure that the project was completed correctly. Since my roof was done, my neighbors saw the work done on my roof and have now used this company also. I would recommend this company and the great professionalism they showed before, during and after the process.

Caution, don't overpay for glossy marketing materials. They appear to be very professional with nice shiny vehicles, well-dressed salespeople, lots of glossy brochures, and many guarantees in writing. They are more expensive than the next guy, but you think it is worth paying more to deal with a professional company. Then they sub-contract their work to another company. They do not have their own workers, do not get their hands dirty and you won't see them on the job. They are just good salespeople, that's all. You may as well just pay the cheaper company because that is what you get anyway. Work was sub-par and they even admitted that fact in writing, but after stringing me along for months about how they were going to fix it, they then said they would not do anything. While discussing my frustration with someone else, they asked why I paid them in cash? I told them because they gave a discount for paying in cash. Their response was "That's probably because they are trying to avoid taxes. And if they are willing to steal from the government, they sure are not going to be honest in their other dealing". My suggestion is, go with the cheaper guy with dirty hands, an average truck, and a simple one-page contract. The shiny brochures and guarantees are not worth the paper they printed on if the folks you are dealing with are not honorable. Already have 2 hours of my time and attorney fees, with who knows how much to come. My hopes are between the courts and the Department of Labor, I will get some relief, for their incompetent work. Next step is to speak with DOLI to try and get investigation open and hopefully revoke their license. You do not want to go through this.

Flat roof replacement

We had our roof replaced due to hail damage. They were very easy to work with, they did exactly what they said they would do. The work was completed in one day and they did a very good job with clean up . I would highly recommend using them to do roofing work!!

This company was very professional. They explained all my questions and met all my needs. They showed me all the options along with pricing. The service was prompt and done well. Great company and would reccomend to anyone.

Noticed my roof was leaking so I called them and asked them if they could come out and take a look at it and figure out why it was leaking. Within a few hours they stopped out and took a look at it. Ended up being quite a few things needing repairs. They gave me a quote to do the entire roof, was very happy with the way it turned out. Cleaned everything up very nicely looked amazing and no longer leaked. Was extremely happy with everything all the way around.
