Hello, I am Sam the Handy Man, I am a Licensed Building Contractor in the State of Minnesota and fully insured up to a million dollars per state requirements.\n\nI started this as a handyman business and quickly moved up into larger jobs and now focus mostly on remodels basements bathrooms interior remodels but I can handle anything exterior and exterior on residential homes. \nBeing licensed allows me to hire subcontractors for plumbing and electrical if needed. But I can work on existing electrical and existing plumbing. \nI try to work 5 to 6 days a week, I offer free quotes. My typical hours run between 8 and 9, to 3 to 4. For most jobs I charge by the hour, material costs are on the client, and I have a general contract everybody signs.

"Both times he arrived on time and did excellent work. The door installation was more difficult. I had picked up the wrong type of door, so he went back to the store with me and helped me pick out the correct door. Then he had to widen the door opening a few inches to install the door..
