Fred Sable was hired to reside and paint our house. In the process he found an ant problem. He cleaned out the whole thing and replaced the siding. He ended up doing much more than siding and painting the whole house in other ways too...there were several smaller "fix-ups" that needed doing. This was a big project for Fred and his two workers, but he ended up doing a fine job, and the attention to detail was impressive.

We are completely satisfied with the work done by Fred and his team. We hired them to tear down and remove our old deck and build a new composite deck. They were timely, they were respectful of our property, and they worked hard every day until the job was done. In addition, they were accommodating with the "little extras" that we asked them to do, such as hauling a heavy arbor off the old deck, and doing some custom cuttings. Our new composite deck is beautiful - we will definitely work with Fred again.

I hired Sable to replace a sliding glass patio door. Fred was quick to respond to my Home Advisor inquiry, and came out to the house within a few days to provide an estimate. The work was completed in a reasonable time, considering the time of year (December) and the quality of the installation was very good. After the door installation, Fred was able to match the color of the existing molding in the house, so the door looked like it had been there for years. I would recommend them for similar work.

Showed up on time and performed follow-up sanding/finishing work when promised. Job completed in two days. Very satisfied with owner & worker. Cleaned up, spread tarps from front door to work area. Very professional & good job. Replaced water damaged sheetrock ceiling in basement bath to include mud & tape.
