"Brian was prompt and courteous when responding to our quote request. This was a large project ($13k was quoted). All said and done, however, we were invoiced for 30% more in cost overrun. We did work with Brian to come to an agreement on a final amount, however we found in a couple weeks that the workers had not installed landscaping fabric in several places where they had been instructed (and we had already paid final invoice). Brian sent out a crew to remedy within days. This would have been a 3-star review had Brian not worked with us to rectify concerns and remedy faulty work."

Work quality: high, patio was meticulously done, fabric under all landscaping near the house, great thought and planning as to water drainage to protect the house, very knowledgeable team. "We hired Jake Servais and his company on 11/26/18 to do snow removal for the season for $500. The first time the weather required snow removal they never showed up, and then called to say they were having mechanical issues and would it be ok if they didn't come (only about 2" of snow so I said ok). They did come 1x and remove some snow in late December. Then, on Monday (1/28), we got significant snowfall while we were out of town. I was assured via text from Jake they would be on it, as we had grandparents watching our kids. We had NO SERVICE. And then I went searching to see if we had been victim of fraud by this company. I found Jake Servais facebook page where he lists in early January the sale of all his snow equipment. I have no idea what is going on, but have made multiple attempts by email, phone and facebook messenger to connect and have got NO RESPONSE. I am looking into calling the police and want a refund of our $500."
