"We hired Jake Servais and his company on 11/26/18 to do snow removal for the season for $500. The first time the weather required snow removal they never showed up, and then called to say they were having mechanical issues and would it be ok if they didn't come (only about 2" of snow so I said ok). They did come 1x and remove some snow in late December. Then, on Monday (1/28), we got significant snowfall while we were out of town. I was assured via text from Jake they would be on it, as we had grandparents watching our kids. We had NO SERVICE. And then I went searching to see if we had been victim of fraud by this company. I found Jake Servais facebook page where he lists in early January the sale of all his snow equipment. I have no idea what is going on, but have made multiple attempts by email, phone and facebook messenger to connect and have got NO RESPONSE. I am looking into calling the police and want a refund of our $500."

Billing is usually done on a per project decision depending on the situation of the homeowner. And for some clients financing plans are available. Please keep in mind if possible that with being a smaller company the demand may become high during parts of the season so there may be some delays in getting your project started. We try our best to get estimates out within 24 hours and there may be some lag times in phone responses due to getting many phone calls during the busy season. If for some reason you feel that your job may have fallen through the cracks please do not hesitate to call us for a reminder. After patiently waiting until 6/20 for a “spring” irrigation startup due to scheduling, was told by the technician that they would setup the system and come speak with me if any other charges or repairs were needed. Technician left with no communication and received a $250 bill the next morning with no choice. Customer service was terrible and received threats that they would trespass and remove parts from my system if I did not pay. Payment was made within 12 hours of receipt since, but terrible experience! So many opportunities for a more positive customer experience- even to apologize that the quote was exceeded without notification and no repair needs were indicated during the service ( even with explicit commitment to doing so ). Instead of owning it, the tone was abrasive and asking if I’d like the equipment removed from my property. I almost never write reviews but don’t want anyone else to unknowingly experience this feeling?"
