We did work with Brian to come to an agreement on a final amount, however we found in a couple weeks that the workers had not installed landscaping fabric in several places where they had been instructed (and we had already paid final invoice). Brian sent out a crew to remedy within days. This would have been a 3-star review had Brian not worked with us to rectify concerns and remedy faulty work."

The lack of response and action from Landscapes Unlimited has been disappointing, particularly considering the significant investment made in this project. What concerns me the most is the apparent lack of commitment to post-installation service and honoring the warranty terms. The communication has been sporadic and non-committal, leaving me with an unresolved issue and growing concern about the integrity of the work done."
