"Mark and the members of his team were exceptional. From start to finish, installing the white metal roof was the best decision I made. The pictures give some evidence of the quality of work being done during the installation period in late June. Installing the white roof reflected the sunlight from the roof, which then allowed the attic to be as cool...or even cooler...then the air temperature. I cannot say enough....but Mark and his team were incredible to work with."

We wanted a drainage system installed under the deck since we have a walkout with a patio below. It was installed correctly and we are very pleased with the results. We now can enjoy our outdoor living areas without any concerns of patio furniture getting wet below the newly replaced maintenance free deck . "I got my roof done two years ago but the reason I'm writing this now is that I had a question about the roof and Steve sent over a crew member (Manuel) THE NEXT DAY to have a look. I always meant to write a review in the first place though so here's what I would have said two years ago and still say today: Steve and the crew were great to work with. Superb job. Readily available for any questions. Very reasonably priced. 100% would recommend and contract with them again. Unfortunately, I don't think that's going to happen because they did too good of a job lol."

The main reason things were slowed down was because sam took the time to make sure everything was completed to a high standard. The subcontractors were very skilled and the final product looks beautiful. Very happy with the customer service and my new siding! Highly recommend iris exteriors!"
