They showed up at my house without notice, then claimed my home was ?too far away? and deleted all the quotes and invoices they?d sent me. Completely unprofessional, dishonest, and unreliable. I tried to be patient and work with them in good faith, but they kept changing prices, avoiding communication, and making excuses. The fact that they deleted all documentation after I questioned them says a lot about how they do business. Flowseal wasted my time and broke their word. I would never recommend this company to anyone save yourself the frustration and go with someone more trustworthy."

If your driveway is cracked, you can repave it with a process called asphalt overlay. Overlay is more cost-effective than a full replacement but is better suited for minor cracks and issues. Be sure to reseal your driveway regularly to protect it from the elements and give it the best chance at a long lifespan.

Most heated driveways last from 15 to 20 years with regular inspection, maintenance, and prompt repairs. In other words, a heated driveway lasts about the same length of time as a regular concrete or asphalt driveway. However, your paving material does affect the longevity of your heated driveway.
