I've already had people ask me, " Who poured this? It looks great!" Ari was very professional, responsive and patient with my many questions and concerns. When I texted him on the last day of work with a concern, he came over and laid down on the ground to get a look at what I was talking about, and then took the time to walk me through the decisions we made and how the system will work together as planned to keep my basement dry. "We hired David of Fusion Finishing to assist in finishing/refinishing our basement. This project included refinishing the basement living space and bathroom and finishing other spaces to create a hallway and bedroom. From our first phone call to completion of the project, we appreciated David's professionalism and knowledge. He listened to what we wanted to do and came back with a detailed and itemized estimate of what was needed to make it happen. In addition, David was willing to partner with us on the scope of work to be completed so that I could both own a segment of work for which I was qualified for and keep project cost reasonable.
