We handle both Commercial and Residential Construction. We are self performing General Contractors. This means we do as much as we can and only sub contract out what we cannot do (plumbing, electric, HVAC, ect). This allows us to be as efficient as possible and save our customers money. We also provide our customers with a free poject analysis. This includes a free estimate, design, computer generated floor plans and 3D drawings.

"If you want to hire Check Better business bureau complaints. Superior failed to show, took money, claimed he did all the work and the hired subs whom he did not insure or pay timely. He did not get ALL the required permits and violated building codes. Superior extracted far more funds than work he performed and then failed to show .We commenced litigation and Superior acknowledged our claims including fraud. Superior stated it would file bankruptcy if we pursued. We entered into an agreement where he pays back on a monthly basis a fraction of deficiencies he caused."
