Todd Carstensen and his crew were outstanding. We signed the contract on a Thursday and the old cedar roof was removed and new asphalt shingles were installed by the following Wednesday. Work was done promptly and professionally and our new roof looks great!

gutters were installed before contract agreement was made and while we were out of town in Florida April 2017. Returned home to find work done before hiring. Promised to start retaining wall in May so put 1/2 down. Mid July still getting excuses why can't start project. Subcontractor for wall backs out and I ask for my deposit back but Carstensen now want 100% increase in cost he quoted me of $500 for gutters I really didn't want. We settle for 50% mark up and pay $750 for gutters. Remaining deposit was returned. Carstensen construction can not be trusted. Highly recommended mend to avoid this contractor.
