"Harrison showed up on time, even a little early, he called before he came. He did a professional job of installing the new faucet, sink drain and toilet. I contacted 6 plumbers, 5 from Angie's list, one recommended by my tiler, this plumber never returned my call. Only one other plumber other than Harrison gave me a bid based on the job, All others wanted to charge me service call plus time. Harrison was by far the cheaper cost, but the work done was very professional and he cleaned up after himself. There were extra parts that were needed, but he did not charge me for those parts. We are very pleased with his work. We have other work that needs to be done, and I definitely plan on having Harrison do the work."

"Randy Lane has skilled plumbers and a well-organized office staff. The plumber arrived at the pre-arranged day & time and fixed the two sinks. The plumber looked at the corroded sections of pipe that I pointed out and stated that his opinion was that replacing those would not significantly increase water pressure in the house. I appreciate the honest opinion.

"On a positive note, he was a very pleasant guy and I hope he gets more experience.
He seemed hesitant about the vanity install, but said he had worked with his brother on a bathroom so felt he could do it. The vanity install was iffy. The sink kept leaking and there was silicone sealer on the vanity top. It was hard to get off. He also apparently had placed something on the top that scratched the new surface. When we called him to come back and fix the leak, he seemed distracted and never came. I called again and he came on time. He seemed mystified by why both sinks were leaking and applied silicone sealer to both sinks. The leak continued after he left and we didn't call him back. I put bowls under the sinks until after a few months they stopped leaking.

"I found water damage in the morning and after considerable investigation, determined that it was from a pinhole leak in a water pipe in the basement.  I had to turn off the main water valve to stop the leak, so I needed to repair this quickly.  I have used Burkhardt Plumbing before with success, so I called them again.  They were able to come that afternoon ( I called around noon) and Dean arrived within the promised time slot. 



He fixed the leak, and also advised me that it was probably due to insulation around the pipe which was held in place by small wires.  The insulation around the wire itself was decaying (probably installed 40 years ago) and could have caused an electrostatic charge (?) between the two metals which would corrode the copper pipe.  I appreciated this extra information, so that I can remove the rest of the insulation and prevent future leaks (the insulation was put on to prevent condensation and is no longer necessary).   I thought the cost of the repair was fair.

"We have spent months looking for right people and I am glad it took so long. The responsiveness, attention to detail, and professionalism have been superior. We had our countertops replaced with granite, replaced sink (including adjustments to plumbing) and garbage disposal, installed marble backsplash, took out 'garage' and had our cabinet doors modified by changing out middle wooden panel with frosted glass. They had the new gas valve that was needed to bring the connection up to current code, had the city of MInneapolis permit all completed. Both men were very personable. They were much better than the office people I talked to prior...to set up appt. But all turned out great."

"It was a success. The dishwasher runs with no leaks! The fridge produces ice and water, with no problems. The plumber was prompt, he showed up exactly at 1:00 pm, as scheduled. However, the job took 6 hours (see cost above - Standard charges by the hour), because of some ancient plumbing under my sink, that had to be redone. I now have four working cutoff valves and the trap is no longer backwards. I wasn't quite prepared for a six hour plumbing experience, but the work was done well. The plumber was friendly and patiently explained what he did, that was causing the job, to take longer than expected."

"The doors one was great the second he had to come back to fix. As there was a gap in between the door and where it met the frame and he originally didn't add the door jam. The hot tub work was great but it cost $300 more than originally quoted. To be fair it was bc he installed a gfi outlet he didn't originally quote. Plus he was supposed to show up at 11a and didn't and then said he was on his way and would be there at 245p and I said I had an errand so in an hour would work so he went home and charged me $30 for trip cancellation."
