"Harrison showed up on time, even a little early, he called before he came. He did a professional job of installing the new faucet, sink drain and toilet. I contacted 6 plumbers, 5 from Angie's list, one recommended by my tiler, this plumber never returned my call. Only one other plumber other than Harrison gave me a bid based on the job, All others wanted to charge me service call plus time. Harrison was by far the cheaper cost, but the work done was very professional and he cleaned up after himself. There were extra parts that were needed, but he did not charge me for those parts. We are very pleased with his work. We have other work that needs to be done, and I definitely plan on having Harrison do the work."

"Randy Lane has skilled plumbers and a well-organized office staff. The plumber arrived at the pre-arranged day & time and fixed the two sinks. The plumber looked at the corroded sections of pipe that I pointed out and stated that his opinion was that replacing those would not significantly increase water pressure in the house. I appreciate the honest opinion.

"On a positive note, he was a very pleasant guy and I hope he gets more experience.
He seemed hesitant about the vanity install, but said he had worked with his brother on a bathroom so felt he could do it. The vanity install was iffy. The sink kept leaking and there was silicone sealer on the vanity top. It was hard to get off. He also apparently had placed something on the top that scratched the new surface. When we called him to come back and fix the leak, he seemed distracted and never came. I called again and he came on time. He seemed mystified by why both sinks were leaking and applied silicone sealer to both sinks. The leak continued after he left and we didn't call him back. I put bowls under the sinks until after a few months they stopped leaking.

"I found water damage in the morning and after considerable investigation, determined that it was from a pinhole leak in a water pipe in the basement.  I had to turn off the main water valve to stop the leak, so I needed to repair this quickly.  I have used Burkhardt Plumbing before with success, so I called them again.  They were able to come that afternoon ( I called around noon) and Dean arrived within the promised time slot. 



He fixed the leak, and also advised me that it was probably due to insulation around the pipe which was held in place by small wires.  The insulation around the wire itself was decaying (probably installed 40 years ago) and could have caused an electrostatic charge (?) between the two metals which would corrode the copper pipe.  I appreciated this extra information, so that I can remove the rest of the insulation and prevent future leaks (the insulation was put on to prevent condensation and is no longer necessary).   I thought the cost of the repair was fair.

"We first met Bob when our general contractor hired him to do the plumbing on our new bathroom. He was great for the whole experience, including helping us with other things coming up like our kitchen sink deciding to leak in the middle of the remodel. Our experience was so good during the remodel that we got his contact info for all future plumbing work. He's now helped us with a couple other small projects and is always great. "Kyle was the first to respond shortly after I requested a quote from several service companies. I talked with him on the phone and explained the problem and he quoted me an approximate cost of $120. I made an appointment with him for the next day. He arrived on time, evaluated the problem and explained what needed to be done. He ran a special cutter through the drain line that fed into the main drain under the floor. We then checked the drainage of the kitchen sink, which then drained with a vortex. The blockage was cleared. The charge was exactly what he had quoted, $120. I was happy to have hired Kyle for the job, rather than one of the large companies, after having read their unfavorable reviews, about how they quoted a price and then upon evaluating the job, changed the price. In many instances, they didn't fix the problem and either required a return visit at additional cost or the home owner had to hire someone else, like Kyle to do the job right. I was also happy to hire Kyle, because he is a small business owner and I would rather support a single man operation such as his. I would highly recommend Kyle because of his professionalism and ability to solve the problem. In the future if I need other drain cleaning, I will hire Kyle and will refer others to him. I was very happy with his service and price."
