AQUA PRO SPRINKLER SYSTEMS INCDillon came out for service call on Tuesday, May 25th to repair damage caused by a delivery driver. He fully explained everything that needed to be repaired on the irrigation system and took the time to make sure everything was repaired and tested prior to leaving. He did an excellent job as does everyone else at Aqua Pro. The entire process went very smoothly and everyone connected with Aqua Pro should be commended for their work and attention to detail. DHI Sprinkler SystemsDale installed my system back in 2012, and I've payed for his annual contract every year since. The annual contract includes startup in the spring and shutdown in the fall, priority service and a 15% discount on materials and labor for any problems the rest of the year, and a guarantee covering damage from freezing over the winter. They can also do the state's backflow preventer inspection, but I haven't needed that yet. Dale and his crew do a good job. Most years, the work I need is minor and is just done as part of startup or shutdown, like re-burying a short section of line or something. Last spring, one of the sprinkler heads was not working. Dale replaced it on the spot and billed me a reasonable price for the parts. Definitely recommended.- KENNETH P.

Outdoor & More LLCIt was tricky this year because of sub-freezing temperatures the day before and during our scheduled blowout. Warren explained in e-mails precisely what to do to minimize the risk of frozen lines. We followed Warren's suggestions and everything was fine. (I understand that others did not and suffered frozen lines.) We're very grateful for the extra time he took to make sure we knew what to do to minimize the risk. And the gentleman who did the blowout was very professional and explained the ice risk well. We've used this company for the past several years and are extremely pleased with their service. GREEN ACRES SPRINKLER CO INCFirst of all we have been customers of Green Acres Sprinkler for four years. They were recommended by our landscaper. They have been great in every way. They show up on time, they were totally flexible when our we changed our landscaping design even though they had to change their plan to accommodate these changes. They are very reasonably priced. They perform winterization for us and start up. We couldn't be more pleased with the service from this company. On this occasion our concrete company accidentally damaged a portion of our system. Green Acres came and fixed it. While they were here I asked the technician about moving a sprinkler head, no problem, he did that too.- William A.

They never finished the job. They tried to fix a broken/leaking main line in our backyard, but could find the leak. They stopped working on it and 3 weeks later when our next appointment was finally scheduled, they didn't show up. The owner was advised by their scheduler to contact me directly to set up another time, and despite 2 calls and 3 emails, he never did. I will never hire them again. I have used Mr Rain for several years to do spring startup and winterization, but after this year's neglect by the owner, I have to say Mr Rain has lost a customer for life.

The expanded design is great! The shrubs, trees, and plants are healthy and seem to be established. Everything looks really nice! I want to add that the crew was very careful not to damage the lawn with their heavy equipment. They also did an excellent job of cleaning up. Northern Lights Landscaping completed all the work in about 3 and 1/2 days.
