"We needed a repair because the water heater was shutting down every few days, there was an error code from one of the sensors. The company was very responsive - I called them in the morning and they were here in the afternoon. The repairman was able to fix the problem without needing to get new parts, so that was also good. My issue with WHN was I felt that the service was overpriced. They charged us $119 to show up and diagnose the problem, and then it was $225 in labor (their hourly rate, and they charge the full hour at a minimum). So the repairman spent a half an hour here, and we were charged $344. And yes, in fairness they informed us of these charge prior, but as we got into the process we just thought we'd bite the bullet and get it done. At the same time, we didn't feel the pricing was really fair and think these rates are a lot higher than what seem to be comparable services like plumbing. In fact we just had a plumber here for about an hour of his time and it was about $200. Now, it's possible that WHN's pricing is set at a premium because of cases where the water heater is completely non-functioning and in need of same day service. But this was not the case here, it was more of an intermittent problem. For this reason, I would look for someone else if in a similar situation again."

"A very professional and pleasant contractor to work with. There was quite a bit of tiling with this remodel and it turned out so well! Very skilled tiling job. After removing the existing tile there was, as you can imagine, a lot of torn up drywall. Drywaller did a great job of smoothing everything out so you can't tell there were any gouges at all. The job took a little longer than I expected, but I know Filip was very busy with other jobs too. Quality work at an affordable price! Thank you Profi!"

"The plumber who came to review project and place a bid was personable and good at explaining the process of what he would do. The bid he gave was right in line with other bids I decided to go with a "very local" company I discovered during this searching process"

"From the moment I reached out to Trident Bath, I knew I was in great hands. Their team was professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about helping me create the perfect bathroom space. The design consultation was seamless they listened carefully to my needs, offered creative solutions, and made sure every detail reflected my vision. The installation team was equally impressive—punctual, respectful of my home, and incredibly efficient. They completed the project on time, kept the workspace spotless, and the end result exceeded my expectations. My bathroom looks absolutely stunning—modern, functional, and built with quality craftsmanship. What really stood out was their customer service and communication. Every step of the way, they made sure I felt informed, supported, and valued. I can confidently say Trident Bath delivers what so many companies promise but few achieve: a smooth, enjoyable, and trustworthy experience from start to finish. Highly recommend to anyone looking!"

"I couldn’t be happier with my new shower installation! The entire process was smooth from start to finish, and the price was fantastic compared to other quotes I received. Trey was absolutely wonderful to work with—professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive to every detail. He made sure everything was done right and answered all of my questions along the way. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for excellent service at a great value. Thank you, Trey, for such a great experience!"

"The whole experience was very pleasant. There was no hard upsell, there was no “mansplaining” and of all the people I interviewed, 5 Star Bath solutions were the most knowledgeable, most pleasant, most matter of fact, and even after there were issues with the install, the company worked to resolve all of them. Everyone I dealt with were very pleasant people. It was one of the better decisions I made with my house."

"Their product is better than everything else we found for the price. Very reasonably priced, and the workmanship was top notch. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. We are ecstatic with our new shower!"

"everyone we worked with was wonderful!! Although it costed a little more then I could afford, I had a stroke and needed a shower. They did a fine job!"

"Salesman was informative, had brochures to explain the product. Pre-construction meeting was helpful to ask detailed questions. Installers arrived on time, put down drop cloths, removed shoes and cleaned up, for the most part. I had 2 showers replaced two months apart (due to mold issues) - first one finished in a day, second one took 2 half days due to a previous owner's plumbing issue. Five Star arranged for plumbing inspections day of and final one after completion. There were a couple of shower head and faucet issues for the first project but Five Star was very responsive to me and got them settled quickly (I recommend making sure you have the installers check out the equipment before they leave!). Price was comparable to other bids. Overall a good experience."

"River valley remodelers does great work. Alex and Austin did a great job with the presentation. The installation crew was hard working and efficient. Highly recommend!"
