 + -1 moreTom does excellent work, is fair and is very responsive. I own multiple properties and also have rehabbed quite a few over the last several years. I have used Tom since 2007 and I cannot say enough good things about his knowledge and work product. He is honest and won't try and sell you something he doesn't think you need. It's hard to find a trustworthy plumber and over the last decade of using Tom's services I have never been let down by one of his products or services.
Description of Work: Replaced a water heater, shower drain, reset sink and toilet

 + -1 moreTom Gergen was professional, courteous and did not try to 'sell up' to me. He charged me a reasonable rate and had a good personality. Very nice person and took zero attempt at taking advantage of my lack of plumbing knowledge. Call this plumber! Very scrupulous serviceman.
Description of Work: Tom Gergen, Master Plumber, Lic.# PM067926, arrived on time (not early!) and looked at a stopped sink, my water softener, and water issues in my laundry room. He was friendly and personable and did not try to 'sell up' to me. He even looked at a couple of the issues after I'd written out the check, without asking for more money! Rare in this industry (from my personal experience). When I call him again, I plan to give him an extra $20.00 just for his willingness to do a little extra AFTER having gotten paid.
