After arriving Chuck reviewed the options for fixing plugged sink and leak in pipes and gave me estimates for fixes. They were reasonable so I said he could go ahead with the work. While removing the switch plate cover he accidentally broke it. He called the office and another person delivered a new one for him to replace the broken cover.
